When can I expect my item(s)?

Please allow 5-7 business days from the day your order is processed for delivery.

Where do you ship?

Currently we ship nationwide (US) and to Mexico.

What if my item is damaged when it arrives?

If your item arrives damaged in the mail, your piece will be remade at no cost to you. You must send back the damaged piece within 30 days of purchase date in order for our designers to make a new one.  

Most of our bracelets, necklaces, & earrings are handmade using glass beads or materials that can break if handled incorrectly.

I want to place multiple orders for a particular accessory...

What makes each accessory unique is the fact that each component is handmade- from materials used, to assembly.  This means there are no two accessories that are exactly alike.  Unfortunately, once an item is sold out it is gone.  You may, however, find a similar accessory.

How can I collaborate with Polished Culture?

If your business is interested in partnering with Polished Culture for collaborations or wholesale, we would love to hear from you!  Please email info@polishedculture.com and include “Wholesale” (if applicable) in the subject line.  A team member will respond within 48 hours.

  • During the manufacturing process, there may be traditional techniques that cause subtle imperfections in your accessory.  That’s what makes the piece beautiful!  We do our best to show you exactly what you will receive through the shop images, however- please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions before your purchase.
  • Accessories may include custom hand-made trade bead’s, therefore no two beads are exactly a like. These slight differences do not dignify a return.
  • All beads are fragile and will break if handled incorrectly.  We reserve the right to refuse refunds of improperly handled merchandise.  If a piece breaks within the first 30 days and you would like a new accessory, all original beads must be returned, and a new piece will be shipped.  You will only be required to pay the difference in price.  We are pretty hopeful this won’t happen, but if it does, hit us up info@polishedculture.com.
